00 per hour Job description: Would you like your weekends back??? Aantex Pest Control is seeking a commercial pest control technician for our Northern California location. We are a family owned company experiencing great growth and want to add to our outstanding team. We are looking for a licensed SPCB applicator or field representative in the East Bay Area Region. Opportunities for additional education and training. Flexible and independent work environment. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest activity and assess risk levels. Apply pest control treatments using appropriate techniques. Develop customized pest management plans tailored to each client's needs, emphasizing safety and environmental responsibility. Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and follow-up recommendations. Operate and maintain various equipment such as sprayers, traps, and other pest control tools efficiently and safely. Drive company vehicles to different job sites while adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws. Able to work remotely via hand held device and manage customers on a daily basis. Experience Valid license as a Pest Control Technician issued by the California Structural Pest Control Board. Hands-on experience with equipment used in pest management or outdoor maintenance. Strong driving record with the ability to operate company vehicles safely over various terrains. Basic understanding of sales techniques can be beneficial for promoting additional services or products. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to combine technical skills with outdoor work in a fast-paced environment.
