Job Description
Licensed Pest Control Applicator — Colleyville, TX Buzzcutters Landscaping is expanding into pest control services and is seeking a fully licensed Pest Control Applicator to help launch and lead this new division. About the Role We're an established DFW landscaping company with a strong existing client base, adding pest control as a new service line. You'll be the licensed applicator responsible for our pest control operations — performing treatments, ensuring compliance with TDA regulations, and helping us build this division from the ground up. This is a great fit for an experienced applicator who wants ownership over a new program rather than being one tech among many. Requirements Current, valid Texas pest control license (Certified Applicator or Commercial Applicator in the appropriate category) License in good standing with the Texas Department of Agriculture Working knowledge of TDA compliance, recordkeeping, and application standards Experience with residential and/or commercial pest treatments Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record Reliable, professional, and comfortable representing an established brand Responsibilities Serve as the licensed applicator of record for Buzzcutters' pest control operations Perform and/or oversee pest control applications in compliance with all state regulations Maintain proper documentation, chemical records, and licensing requirements Help establish treatment protocols, service offerings, and safety standards for the new division Support training and compliance as the division grows Compensation Competitive pay, structured by contract (per-service, hourly, or salaried — depending on experience and arrangement) Opportunity to help shape and grow a new service line within an established company To Apply Submit your resume and current license details.
