Duties Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and outdoor areas to identify pest activity and entry points Apply pesticides and chemical agents safely and accurately following all pesticide management protocols and safety procedures Utilize hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and ladder systems to access hard-to-reach areas for effective pest treatment Implement integrated pest management strategies to provide eco-friendly and sustainable solutions tailored to each client's needs Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation to job sites while adhering to all driving safety regulations Maintain detailed records of pesticide applications, treatment procedures, and client interactions in compliance with safety protocols Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and landscaping practices that reduce future infestations Skills Strong knowledge of pest control methods, pesticide application techniques, and chemical agent handling Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools, power tools, and ladder systems safely Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles responsibly
