Join the Smith Thompson team! We're looking for a licensed Pest Control Technician who takes pride in providing exceptional customer service and quality work. What We Offer $21-$30 per hour (based on experience) 10 paid days off each year Only one Saturday per month during our busy season—with premium Saturday pay Extra weekday off during the slower season Medical, dental, and vision insurance with affordable employee contributions of $25 or $75 , depending on the plan you choose 5% commission on termite and exclusion work you sell 10% commission on termite and exclusion work you complete Take your company truck home —no daily dispatch from our Plano office Use toll roads in your company truck —we cover the cost to help you get around the Metroplex faster Company phone and gas card Most days you're home by 6:00 p.m. What You'll Do Perform interior and exterior residential pest control treatments Inspect attics for rodent and wildlife activity and recommend appropriate services Perform light commercial pest control services as needed Sell and install Sentricon® termite systems (training provided if needed) Deliver outstanding customer service while building relationships with homeowners What We're Looking For Current Texas Pest Control Technician License (required) Professional appearance and positive attitude Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Willing to go the extra mile for customers and teammates Must pass background and drug test About Smith Thompson Since 1978 , Smith Thompson has grown into the largest independently owned home security company in Texas .
