Job Description

Job Overview Join our locally owned and family operated pest control company. In this energetic role, you will deliver effective pest management solutions to residential and commercial clients, ensuring their spaces are safe, clean, and pest-free. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create healthier environments while providing excellent customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop specialized skills in pest control techniques and contribute to community well-being. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify pest activity and entry points Apply appropriate pest control treatments using industry-approved methods and equipment Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and safety precautions for ongoing protection Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and follow-up schedules Adhere strictly to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies at all times Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in pest management preferred Ability to operate pest control equipment safely and effectively Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and build trust with clients Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required MUST pass a back ground check
