Pest Control Technician / Office Support (Hybrid Position) Located in: Stewartstown, PA 17363 Serving Central PA & Northern Maryland Join a growing local company that values family, integrity, and work-life balance. Armor Pest Control LLC is looking to add a motivated team member to our growing team. This is a hybrid position combining both office responsibilities and field service work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday — helping customers, staying organized in the office, and getting out in the field to learn and perform pest control services.

Position Schedule:

✅ 3 days in the office ✅ 2 days in the field

Responsibilities:

Office Duties:

Answer incoming calls and assist customers Schedule appointments and manage routes Process invoices and customer accounts Handle customer communication via phone, text, and email Maintain organized records and job notes Assist with sales and service follow-up

Field Duties:

Perform pest control services at residential and commercial properties Conduct inspections and identify pest issues Apply treatments safely and professionally Educate customers on service recommendations Maintain equipment and service vehicle cleanliness

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with computers and technology Customer service experience preferred Pest control experience is a plus (but willing to train the right person) Valid driver's license required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and professional
