This is not just a basic route position. We are looking for a motivated, organized, sales-capable technician who can be the main person for our Rhode Island customers. The right candidate will be able to handle pest control services, identify wildlife opportunities, communicate well with customers, and sell recurring pest control programs. This role is best for someone who is a go-getter, takes ownership of their work, and wants the upside of a commission-based position.

Responsibilities:

• Service residential and commercial pest control customers throughout Rhode Island
• Inspect properties and identify pest and wildlife issues
• Sell recurring pest control programs and additional services when appropriate
• Communicate clearly with customers and explain service recommendations
• Help build, organize, and grow the Rhode Island customer base
• Maintain strong notes, follow-up, and customer relationships
• Coordinate with our office and management team
• Represent Eliminate'Em professionally in the field

Requirements:

• Active Rhode Island pest control license required
• Wildlife experience preferred
• 2+ years of professional pest control experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with sales, inspections, and recommending recurring services
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a territory independently
• Valid driver's license and clean driving
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable working in the field
