• Work independently, with a supportive team behind you What You'll Do You'll manage your own route and become a trusted expert for your customers:
• Service residential and commercial properties on a set route
• Inspect for pest activity and identify entry points
• Apply treatments using professional tools and equipment
• Educate customers on prevention and best practices
• Complete service reports and documentation
• Work in a variety of environments (indoors, outdoors, crawl spaces)
• Partner with team members on more complex cases What We're Looking For
• Hands-on problem solver who enjoys being active
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently No pest control experience? No problem. We'll train you. Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 21+ years old with a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight spaces
• Comfortable working with pesticides and safety equipment
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
