In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pest control, landscape management, and lawn care, along with excellent customer service skills. You will utilize various hand tools and power tools to effectively carry out your duties while ensuring the safety of clients and their environments. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and recommend appropriate treatment plans. Apply pest control treatments using various methods, including chemical applications, traps, and exclusion techniques. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up recommendations. Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and the importance of regular maintenance. Operate and maintain equipment such as power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery safely and efficiently. Drive to various job sites while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required. Knowledge of landscape management, lawn care practices, and pest biology is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
