Header Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and entry points. Apply chemical agents safely and effectively, adhering strictly to pesticide management protocols and safety regulations such as respiratory protection and confined space entry procedures. Utilize mechanical tools, power tools, hand tools, ladders, farm machinery, and outdoor equipment to implement pest control measures. Develop customized pest management plans based on entomology knowledge and integrated pest management principles. Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation between job sites while maintaining vehicle safety standards. Communicate clearly with clients to explain treatment procedures, safety precautions, and follow-up steps, ensuring excellent customer service. Maintain detailed records of pesticide applications, chemical handling logs, safety protocol adherence, and service reports for compliance and quality assurance. Header Qualifications Proven experience in pest control services with a strong understanding of pesticide application knowledge and pest control chemical handling. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience using power tools, hand tools, sprayers Knowledge of entomology to accurately identify pests and recommend appropriate treatment strategies. Familiarity with safety protocols including, confined space entry safety procedures, and pesticide management regulations. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles safely. Outdoor work experience in environments such as treatments to landscaping and yards Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
