You will play a vital part in protecting homes and businesses from pests while gaining valuable skills in using hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and driving company vehicles. Responsibilities Assist with pest inspection and treatment procedures under the guidance of experienced technicians Learn to identify common pests and recommend appropriate control methods Use hand tools, power tools, and lawn care equipment to perform treatments and maintenance tasks Support the setup and operation of farm machinery and landscaping tools for property enhancement projects Drive company vehicles safely to various job sites while adhering to all safety regulations Follow safety protocols diligently and maintain a clean, organized work environment Skills Strong interest in pest control, lawn care, landscaping, agriculture or farming practices Willingness to learn new skills related to pest management ability to wear a 4 gallon backpack sprayer 7-8 hrs a day. Ability to drive safely and responsibly; valid driver's license required Clean driving record Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Effective communication skills for working with team members and clients Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude eager to develop expertise in pest control and property care This role offers an excellent opportunity to start a rewarding career with hands-on training in multiple outdoor maintenance disciplines.
