The company is on pace to exceed $400,000 in annual revenue, driven almost entirely by referrals and repeat business. We are hiring our first full-time technician to help us expand capacity and build a professional inspection team. This is not a "clock in, do the minimum, clock out" position. We are looking for someone dependable, professional, and ambitious who wants increasing responsibility as the company grows. What You'll Do Perform accurate backflow testing Complete reports and documentation correctly and on time Communicate professionally with customers and property managers Identify failed devices and required follow-up work Maintain company standards for speed, quality, and customer service Safely operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment Represent the company professionally in the field Help improve field procedures and inspection systems Growth Opportunities As you prove your ability, you will have the opportunity to train and license into additional services, including: Irrigation system inspections Customer service inspections Fire hydrant inspections Field quality control Training future technicians Lead technician and field-operations leadership Our goal is to build a strong inspection division. The right person can grow with the company and help shape how the field operation works. What We're Looking For Backflow testing experience and required certifications Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and customer-service skills Reliable, organized, and self-directed Comfortable working independently Professional appearance and behavior Willingness to learn additional inspection services Ability to take ownership of problems and follow through Valid driver's license and clean driving record You do not need to know everything on day one. You do need to be honest, coachable, dependable, and serious about doing excellent work.
