Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service on every visit Manage and maintain an assigned service route efficiently Operate a company vehicle for extended periods Perform pest control treatments, inspections, and exclusion services Climb ladders and access crawl spaces as needed Operate mobile devices and pest control software applications Cross-train in other service departments as needed Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to safety protocols

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record

• no exceptions Current license through the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA)

• REQUIRED

  Termite license
• preferred Minimum of 2 years of pest control experience required Experience with mosquito misting systems
• a plus Must have exclusion experience Strong multitasking and organizational skills Physically able to stand/walk for long periods, climb ladders, and enter tight spaces Comfortable using mobile applications and technology-Field Routes preferred.
