• Sales Inspector Job Description About the Opportunity We are hiring a Residential Pest Control Sales Inspector to work in the field at Haven Pest Solutions.

The role is sales focused and provides uncapped commission opportunity. As the face of the business, your role is to run scheduled inspections to identify general pest, mosquito, termite, and rodent issues to help protect our customers' homes. You will have an opportunity to get it on the ground floor of a young and fast-growing, local company with plenty of upside potential and additional compensation if you perform in the role. • Experience level (preferred): Technician or Certified Applicator.
• 3+ years of pest management experience (residential or commercial).
• Experience with Field Routes is a plus but not required.
• Wildlife or rodent control (exclusion) experience is required.
• A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years).
• A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.

Ability to engage with customers to provide great service through education. Excellent communication and time management skills. Responsibility, reliability, and flexibility are critical to performance. A hunger to learn, help others, and play a critical role as part of a team.
