What You'll Earn $45,000-$50,000 guaranteed base salary , based on experience and licensing Uncapped monthly production bonuses Sales commissions and additional performance incentives Expected annual compensation of $50,000-$65,000+ for a trained technician managing a productive route Opportunity for advancement based on performance within 12-24 months. The better you perform and the more value you create, the more opportunity you will have to earn and advance. What You'll Do Provide recurring residential pest-control and mosquito services Perform detailed initial services for new customers Diagnose pest problems and solve them correctly Handle reservice calls with professionalism and care Educate customers and recommend helpful solutions Manage your route, vehicle, inventory, and service records Represent Haven with professionalism in every home What Haven Provides Company vehicle you can take home Company gas card, equipment, and uniforms Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid holidays and 10 days of paid time off Hands-on training and continued development Clear expectations, regular coaching, and advancement opportunities A team that values family, accountability, quality, and doing the right thing Who We're Looking For One or more years of pest-control experience preferred Texas apprentice or technician license preferred Dependable, punctual, and responsible Confident communicating with customers Coachable and hungry to improve Able to work independently and manage a productive schedule Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Able to pass required background and drug screening Experience matters, but character matters more.
