Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented experienced Licensed Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pest control techniques, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. This position requires a commitment to safety and adherence to Texas regulations while providing effective pest management solutions. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points. Apply appropriate pest control treatments using B&G gun, backpack sprayers, and power spraying equipment. Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and recommend services that meet their needs. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including chemicals used and areas treated. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all traffic regulations and safety protocols. Stay updated on industry trends, pest control methods, and safety practices. Requirements Previous experience in pest control or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with B&G gun, backpack sprayers, and power spraying equipment is advantageous. Strong sales skills to effectively communicate service offerings to clients. Knowledge of Lawn and Ornamental experience. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
