Job Description
El Valle Pest Control is looking for motivated, outgoing, and self-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to help grow our residential customer base throughout El Paso and surrounding areas. If you're confident talking with people, enjoy working outdoors, and want to earn based on your performance instead of an hourly wage, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Generate new residential and commercial customers through door-to-door sales. Educate homeowners about our pest control services and promotions. Schedule free inspections and close new service agreements. Build relationships with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods. Accurately submit customer information and completed sales. Represent El Valle Pest Control professionally at all times. Compensation 100% Commission-Based Unlimited earning potential. Earn commission on every completed sale. Top performers can earn $750-$2,000+ per week depending on effort and sales performance. Performance bonuses and advancement opportunities may be available. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong communication skills. Comfortable approaching homeowners and starting conversations. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Reliable transportation. Ability to work independently. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training. Previous door-to-door experience in the pest control industry is preferred, but not required. Schedule Flexible schedule. Full-time or part-time opportunities available.
