Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Custom Applicator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying ammonia controllers, pesticides, and other agricultural products in and around poultry houses. The ideal candidate will need to be ready to work rain or shine ,and be prepared to drive from one location to the other. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Operate and maintain equipment for the application of ammonia controllers and pesticides. Conduct pest control measures to manage infestations effectively. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Drive to various locations to provide services as required. Communicate with the farmers regarding time frames and game plans. Maintain accurate records of applications made, including types of products used and areas treated. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental guidelines. Requirements MUST be able to get out of bed and show up on time. Ability to drive safely to job sites; a valid driver's license is required. Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are necessary for maintaining accurate records.
