We're hiring a Pest Control Sales Specialist to join our team and represent industry-leading pest control solutions in the field. In addition to providing excellent customer service, our Pest Control Sales Specialists use extensive client knowledge to assist local consumers. This is not your average "spray-and-go" role. We're looking for a Pest Control Sales Specialist who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and building trust face-to-face. If you're motivated, coachable, and ready to grow, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed in the Pest Control Sales Specialist position from day one. Pest Control Sales Specialist Responsibilities Conduct on-site pest inspections for residential customers to set up treatment plans Educate customers on pest issues, prevention methods, and treatment plans Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively (training provided) Build strong relationships with customers through professionalism and follow-up Track service details, customer interactions, and Pest Control Sales Specialist activity accurately Collaborate with other Pest Control Sales Specialists and sales team members to meet performance and customer satisfaction goals What We're Looking For in a Pest Control Sales Specialist Strong communication skills and confidence interacting face-to-face with customers Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet Active collaboration skills and participation in Pest Control Sales Specialist meetings Reliable transportation to and from our office daily, and the ability to travel to our customers No prior pest control experience required—we train you on all aspects of the Pest Control Sales Specialist role
