The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pest control services for residential and commercial properties. This role involves identifying pest issues, applying appropriate treatments, and providing exceptional customer service. A background in agriculture, landscaping, or related fields is beneficial, as well as a strong aptitude for sales to help promote our services. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and recommend appropriate treatment plans. Apply pesticides and other pest control products safely and effectively according to industry standards and regulations. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details and customer interactions. Educate clients on pest prevention methods and the importance of regular maintenance services. Operate hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed for various pest control applications. Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and reach job sites efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Skills Strong knowledge of pest control methods and practices is essential. Experience in lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the pest control industry. Excellent driving skills with a valid driver's license; ability to navigate various locations effectively. Sales skills to promote services and engage with customers positively. Strong communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly to clients. Problem-solving abilities to address unexpected challenges during service delivery.
