What You'll Do Perform residential and commercial pest control services Apply treatments for ants, spiders, roaches, rodents, and more Inspect properties and identify pest activity and potential entry points Educate customers and provide professional recommendations Offer additional services when appropriate (upsell opportunities) Maintain accurate service records using our software Represent Critter Stop professionally in the field What We Expect Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to complete jobs efficiently and correctly Professional communication with customers Attention to detail in treatments and documentation Willingness to learn and improve Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather Ability to lift 50+ lbs Pest control license (or willingness to obtain
