Job Summary Termite King is hiring a full-time Licensed Pest Control Technician to service residential and light commercial customers in the DFW area, including Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Keller, North Fort Worth, Haslet, Grapevine, and surrounding areas. Termite King is a local, family-owned and managed termite and pest control company serving the North Tarrant County area. We have been serving local homeowners since 2008 and focus on honest, straightforward service. We are looking for an experienced, licensed technician who is reliable, customer-friendly, and able to take ownership of their route and work quality. This role is best for someone who can communicate clearly with customers, follow proper service and safety procedures, and provide dependable pest control service without needing constant supervision. A current Texas pest control technician license is required. Responsibilities Perform general pest control services for residential and light commercial customers Complete exterior and interior treatments as needed Handle reservice visits and customer follow-up appointments Assist with mosquito, fire ant, carpenter ant, rodent, and other pest services Inspect properties and communicate findings clearly to customers Take photos and write clear service notes after each job Communicate professionally with customers and team members Maintain equipment, products, and vehicle organization Follow product label, safety, and company procedures Support termite or wildlife-related work as needed and as qualified Represent the company professionally in the field Qualifications Current Texas pest control technician license required Pest control field experience required Valid driver's license required Clean or acceptable driving record preferred Comfortable working independently after onboarding Reliable, on time, and able to follow a route Comfortable communicating with customers Detail-oriented with service notes, photos, and follow-up Willing to follow company processes and service standards Preferred Experience General pest control Mosquito treatments Fire ant treatments Rodent control Carpenter ants Termite-related work Wildlife, exclusion, or light repair experience Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Day shift Occasional Saturday work may be available or needed depending on customer demand Pay Starting at $25 per hour, depending on experience
