Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided, along with all company resources, to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for each customer's needs.
Possess a high degree of attention to detail, the ability to work independently and to be self-motivated.
Develop knowledge and expertise in pest control methods and products through provided training.
Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work the necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements as needed.

Valid drivers license requiredAbility to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignmentsPhysical Demands /

Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
