This energetic position involves inspecting, identifying, and eliminating pests using proven techniques and tools. You'll have the opportunity to work outdoors and indoors, applying your skills to ensure customer satisfaction and environmental safety. Paid training is provided to help you develop expertise in pest control methods and safety protocols. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial sites to identify pest activity and entry points Apply appropriate pest control treatments using sprays, baits, traps, or other methods while adhering to safety guidelines Use hand tools and power tools efficiently for pest elimination or property maintenance tasks Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments performed, and follow-up recommendations Drive company vehicles safely between job sites while following all traffic laws and company policies Assist with lawn care services as needed Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and recommend ongoing maintenance plans Skills Strong knowledge of pest control techniques and products Experience with lawn care is a plus Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely and effectively Excellent driving skills with a valid license for vehicle operation on various terrains Familiarity with land management practices including pest management Good physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy equipment or supplies throughout the day Strong communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in pest management while working outdoors in diverse environments.
