This role involves identifying, managing, and preventing pest infestations in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pest control methods, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and assess the extent of infestations. Develop and implement effective pest management plans tailored to individual client needs. Apply appropriate pesticides and treatments in compliance with safety regulations and best practices. Provide clients with information on pest prevention techniques and maintenance tips. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details and follow-up actions. Operate various hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed for pest control operations. Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and travel to job sites efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable. Strong sales skills to effectively communicate service offerings and upsell additional treatments when appropriate. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery safely and effectively. Excellent driving skills with a valid driver's license to navigate between job sites reliably. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail for identifying pest issues accurately.
