Job Description
Bluebird Pest Solutions, one of the highest-rated pest control companies in the Northern Virginia area, is looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated pest control technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage every step of the customer's journey from start to finish, upholding the high standards we've established and are known for in the communities we serve. More specifically, you will inspect homes and commercial buildings to identify pest issues, determine the least invasive solution to the problem, communicate treatment plans to the customer, answer questions, complete paperwork and follow up with the customer after the service to check in. Some early mornings will be required for commercial accounts. Plus, because we service both residential and commercial accounts, no two days are the same. Requirements and responsibilities Strong customer service skills Previous pest control experience is a huge plus, though we are willing to train the right person Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance Able to climb ladders up to 15 ft and work in attics for inspections Able to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner on a daily basis Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to attend monthly team meeting Detail oriented Must have a clean driving record Must pass drug test Must have clean background check
