We provide pest management services to residential, commercial, and government clients using proven Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques. What You'll Do Provide exceptional pest management services to residential, commercial, and government customers. Inspect properties, identify pest issues, and implement effective pest management solutions using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles. Build strong relationships with customers through professionalism, communication, and dependable service. Educate customers on pest prevention and answer questions about our services. Complete service reports accurately using company software. Safely operate company vehicles, equipment, and application tools. Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance. Follow all company safety policies as well as state, federal, and OSHA regulations. Participate in ongoing training to continue developing your skills and industry knowledge. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Enjoys working independently and managing their own daily schedule. Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. Is dependable, punctual, and trustworthy. Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Pays close attention to detail. Is comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Wants a long-term career with opportunities for advancement. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and perform physical work throughout the day. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to pass pre-employment background screening and any position-specific screening requirements.
Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay:

00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications. Plus a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus! (Bonus paid after successful completion of the introductory employment period.) We also offer:
