- Always bring your A-game . Remember, you are always on a public stage. You might think no one is home or watching, but you might impress someone with your pest control professionalism!
- Take training of others seriously. Provide expert advice to franchise business owner, field technicians and customers on outdoor pest control.
- Do it right the first time. Ensure field technicians are following the Mosquito Joe process. You don't want the customer to call the field technicians back out to do it over.
- Leave the whining at home.
Pesticide Applicator:
- You must be able to lift and carry a backpack, which weighs 65 lbs. (This will be your strength training workout.)
- You must be able to walk with a 65 lb. backpack for a long period of time. (This will be your cardio workout. You can cancel your gym membership)
- You must be able to handle the summer heat. (It's like being paid to go to the sauna.)
- Maintain current and valid state certifications/licenses to enable the business to service residential and commercial properties
- Have commercial pesticide applicator certification/license to enable business to apply for a pesticide business license Benefits & Pay… The pay range for this position is $20 to $25 and depends on whether you have prior experience in this or other similar mosquito or pest control positions.
