Key Responsibilities:
Deliver respiratory therapy treatments and interventions as ordered by providers Assess, monitor, and document patient responses to therapy Manage ventilators and advanced airway care equipment Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and patient care planning Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and treatments Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with best practices
Desired Qualifications:
Current credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure in VT) Recent clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting Excellent communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills Proficiency with respiratory care devices and ventilators
