A Pest Control Technician controls problems with unwanted animals and insects in residences, commercial buildings and the areas around them. Inspects buildings, identifies pests and determines pest control treatment. Provides applications of chemical pesticides and sets traps or bait. Makes minor building repairs as needed to keep pests out.

- You'll schedule your own route to be in control of your day.
- Don't be restricted to an hourly rate! At Bio Bug, we pay 18% commission for all production performed by new technicians, as well as an additional 10% commission for every service plan you sell. Commission percentage grows as employees stay at the company. Experienced technicians have the opportunity to start at 20% commission on production. The more you work, the more you make!

A Successful Candidate Will:
- Be able to schedule and execute a route within a given area in Whatcom, Island, Skagit or Northern Snohomish counties
- Create and sell ongoing service plans to our customers, as well as work with them to solve their ongoing pest issues through Integrated Pest Management techniques
- Have problem solving skills
- Be detail oriented
- Have a high level of professionalism and integrity
Pay and Benefits:
- Technician will be paid full salary while training
- Pay for a licensed technician is salary with commission on sales and production. Licensed technicians average $4,000 to $7,000 per month.

Requirements:
- Ability to work with pesticides and in small spaces such as attics and crawlspaces
- Clean driving record
- Be able to pass all required licensing exams while training
- Be able to pass a background check before hire
- Be able to use technology such as tablets and smart phones
- High school diploma or equivalent

Full-time Pay:
$55,000.00- $84,000.
