Job Description

Croach® Pest Control is a fast-growing, customer-focused, pest management company serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Pacific Northwest and across the nation. We're dedicated to providing safe, effective, and environmentally responsible pest management solutions. We are currently hiring a Licensed Pest Control Operator to join our Mukilteo branch as a Route Technician. This position covers geography in Everett, Marysville, Mount Vernon, Snohomish, Camano Island, and surrounding areas. Required to attend weekly team meeting in Mukilteo.
Position Overview:
As a Licensed and Sales-Focused Route Technician, you will be responsible for managing a regular service route and providing top-tier pest control services to Croach® residential customers. You'll diagnose pest problems, apply appropriate treatments, educate customers about preventative strategies, offer upgrades, ask for referrals, and help build your route.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled pest control services on an assigned route Identify pest issues and implement effective solutions using approved methods and materials Maintain positive customer relationships through clear communication and professionalism Keep detailed records of services performed and chemicals used through FieldRoutes on your smartphone Maintain service vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working order Stay up to date on licensing, safety, and industry best practices Attend a weekly staff meeting in Mukilteo to meet with the team and pick up supplies
Requirements:
Current Washington Pest Control Operator License Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently, follow a route, and manage time efficiently Must pass a background check and drug screening High school diploma or GED Previous pest control experience Working one Saturday per month of your choice is required
