Qualifications Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a Moving Vehicle Record check Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a current valid drivers license Must be highly motivated and be able to work independently Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to pull a spray hose and use hands and shoulders to spray and sweep eaves or structures Must be able to crawl and work in close quarters such as crawl spaces Must have excellent communication and customer service skills •
