You'll support cleaning, decluttering, biohazard response, pest control (after licensing), equipment/vehicle maintenance, and property upkeep. This position starts part-time during training and can grow into a full-time career with advancement opportunities based on skills and performance. Key Responsibilities Cleaning, decluttering, and biohazard remediation for clients. Assisting with pest control treatments (after obtaining license). Taking apart, cleaning, and maintaining equipment (including sprayers) and vehicles. Property maintenance for our shop/office. Traveling and staying out of town as needed for jobs. Any other tasks to support smooth company operations. Requirements Valid Washington driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check. Physical ability to handle lifting, active work, and varied environments. Reliable, positive attitude, and desire for a long-term career. Willingness to obtain a Pest Control license. Must be a team player because we are a small business and morale matters here. Pay Structure Training Period & Maintenance Work and assisting technicians in the field , property, vehicles, equipment disassembly/cleaning, sprayer maintenance, helping around office): $20/hour. After Training and capable of doing jobs without supervision. DSHS / Cleaning / Decluttering / Biohazard work: $25/hour Pest Control work: $25/hour (only after licensing) 6 month trial period for mutual fit. Performance-based raises every 6 months (3-5%). Benefits (after 6 months and full time)
Health/Dental/Vision Reimbursement :
Up to $400/month (35+ hrs/week) usable for premiums or medical bills (covers you + household family members).
Vacation :
10 days/year (accrues monthly after 6 months; max 40 hrs carry-over).
Sick Time :
6 days/year and use sick time will be paid as a bonus at the end of year. 401(k) with company match. Christmas bonuses and other performance incentives.
Paid holidays:
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. Schedule Starts at 10-20 hours/week during training. Transitions to full-time upon licensing and demonstrated reliability.
