Job Description

Position Overview:
This is a seasonal position with the potential to transition into a full-time, year-round role based on performance and business needs. From mid-May through September, the position focuses on treating residential properties and working outdoors in a hands-on environment. During the off-season months, for those who transition into a year-round role, responsibilities may include supporting marketing initiatives and assisting with other areas of our business operations. We are seeking individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and are committed to providing excellent customer service. No prior experience is required, as we provide all necessary training, uniforms, and equipment. This position is ideal for someone who prefers an active, outdoor role during the summer months and is interested in the opportunity for continued employment beyond the season.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 60 lbs throughout the workday
Compensation:
Technicians are paid per job completed. Most technicians earn between $750.00 and $1,000.00 per week.

From $800.00 per week
