What You'll Do :
As a Pest Control Technician, you'll provide professional pest management services to residential and commercial customers throughout your assigned service area.
Your day may include:
Drive a company vehicle to customer homes and businesses throughout your assigned route. Inspect homes, businesses, and properties for signs of pests, insects, rodents, and other pest activity. Identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment and prevention solutions. Perform interior and exterior pest control services using company-provided products, tools, and equipment. Treat common household pests such as ants, spiders, cockroaches, wasps, and other insects. Explain your findings and recommendations clearly to customers. Provide professional customer service and pest prevention advice. Manage your daily route and appointments while working independently. Use a smartphone or tablet to document services, complete reports, and communicate with customers. Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment. Follow company safety procedures and applicable pesticide regulations. Work in a variety of environments, including homes, businesses, garages, basements, crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor areas. Build positive customer relationships and represent the Orkin brand professionally. No two days are exactly alike.
