Job Description

About the Role As a Pest Control Technician, you'll apply targeted treatments to eliminate and prevent pests, using safe, efficient methods that prioritize family, pet, and environmental safety. Key Responsibilities Perform interior/exterior spray applications and treatments for insects, wasps, and general pests. Conduct thorough property inspections to identify activity and conducive conditions. Apply pesticides and treatments according to integrated pest management (IPM) principles and label instructions. Educate customers on prevention and explain processes clearly. Complete detailed digital service reports and maintain equipment safely. Adhere to environmentally responsible practices and all safety regulations. Assist with rodent control services. Assist with exclusion services. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. State structural & mosquito and aquatics pesticide applicator license required or obtained within 30 days (training provided). Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions. Strong customer service skills with a professional, polite demeanor. Detail oriented.
