Duties Safely ascend palm trees using climbing gear and rigging techniques to perform pruning, trimming, or removal as needed Operate bucket trucks and other equipment to access high branches efficiently and securely Conduct plant pruning care and tree trimming to promote healthy growth. Use chainsaws and other tools responsibly for cutting, trimming, or removing dead or hazardous branches Follow strict safety protocols during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and ensure team safety Qualifications Proven experience in outdoor work environments, especially with tree care, landscaping, or horticulture Must have climbing gear Skilled in bucket operation and the use of chainsaws for precise cutting tasks Ability to work at heights confidently while following safety guidelines Excellent physical condition with the ability to climb, lift, and perform strenuous outdoor activities consistently We are looking for skilled palm tree climbers for job-by-job 1099 contract work.
