Responsibilities Lead and schedule tree crews to ensure efficient daily operations. Estimate, bid, and sell residential and commercial tree services. Meet with clients to assess needs and provide expert recommendations. Oversee project execution to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Train, mentor, and hold crew members accountable to performance standards. Coordinate equipment, materials, and job logistics. Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service from initial contact through project completion. Qualifications Experience supervising tree crews. Knowledge of proper tree pruning, removals, and tree health. Must have a general knowledge of rigging and safety Ability to estimate and sell tree work. Strong communication and leadership skills. Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus). ISA Certified Arborist is a plus, but not required.
