The Role Our PI-Litigation Paralegals play an essential role in supporting our attorneys, clients, and team members. This position focuses primarily on managing personal injury cases from the treatment phase through the demand stage , helping ensure each case is handled efficiently, thoroughly, and with the client's best interests in mind. Responsibilities Provide proactive, compassionate assistance to injured clients throughout the pre-litigation process Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients while gathering important case information Obtain, review, organize, and evaluate medical records and bills in preparation for demand and negotiation Work closely with and provide ongoing support to the Supervising attorney Monitor case progress and help ensure deadlines and case milestones are met Maintain accurate, organized digital and physical case files Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and other parties involved in the case Contribute to a collaborative, professional, and positive team environment Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal injury Paralegal Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Must be punctual, dependable, and consistently meet scheduled work hours Strong work ethic is a MUST Professional, accountable, and proactive approach to work and client service Must dress in business-casual attire daily Why Anthem Law?
