The ideal candidate will have experience in tree care and maintenance, including tree trimming and landscape maintenance. As a Tree Climber, you will be responsible for safely climbing trees to perform essential care tasks, ensuring the health and aesthetics of our clients' landscapes. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and the ability to operate specialized equipment such as bucket trucks and rigs. Responsibilities Perform tree trimming and pruning to maintain the health and appearance of trees. Operate bucket trucks and other equipment safely to access high branches. Conduct landscape maintenance tasks, including lawn care and garden upkeep. Assess tree health and identify potential hazards or diseases. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Experience in tree trimming, tree care, or landscape maintenance is preferred. Proficient in operating bucket trucks and rigging equipment. Strong understanding of horticulture principles related to trees and landscapes. Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks. Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety and efficiency. A valid driver's license may be required for operating company vehicles.
