Read this before you apply. It's not a normal job ad. We're not looking for a warm body. We're looking for one more high achiever to join a crew of them. Here's what that means. Nobody on this team is dragging anybody else along. Nobody is picking up slack for the guy who isn't motivated. You know the feeling of working with someone who doesn't hold up his end — you do his work and yours, and you go home more tired and more annoyed than you should be. We don't run that way. What we are and what we are looking for: Guys who push each other, back each other up, stay organized, and take pride in leaving a job site better than the last crew would have. When everybody on the crew is operating at that level, the day goes faster, the work is safer, and everybody goes home feeling good about it. That's the team we are building. We're looking to add one more person to it.

A few straight-up things:

If you're sitting home half the week because your company says it's "slow" — that's probably because you aren't pushing yourself and motivating those around you. A valid driver's license is required. No exceptions. A Class A CDL is a big plus. We need at least one more CDL holder. Or someone how is willing and qualified to get one. Climbing and ground experience both welcome. Tell us which one you are and what you can actually do. If you read all that and thought "finally" — apply. If you read it and felt unsure, save us both the time. If you don't have the experience and you're not a crew leader please don't apply. It costs money and is a waste of time. Looking for highly motivated people who work to the best of their ability that want to be a team with other highly productive people. We are looking to build an A Team. We need experienced tree climbers that are well experienced in both trimming and large removal. Ground personnel also. We have our own crane, grapple truck, skid steers, bucket trucks and other large equipment.
