Job Summary Join a fast-growing local company as our Property Services Technician I. We're looking for a team member to work efficiently alongside our Foreman and crew to provide lawn care, landscaping, and tree work services. Responsibilities Perform landscaping and lawn care projects, tree trimming, tree removal, and property maintenance. Use of landscaping and tree care equipment. Maintain equipment, job site safety, and proper use of materials. Work together with a team to ensure projects are completed thoroughly, safely, and professionally. Qualifications Experience in lawn care, landscaping, tree trimming/removal, and general property maintenance required. There will be opportunities for continuing education but some experience is required. Snow plow and snow removal experience is a plus but not required. Skilled communication, organization, and professionalism required. Ability to safely operate landscaping and tree care equipment. Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus). Experience driving with trailers and large equipment is a plus. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
