Florida Commercial Care is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the daily operations and production of our Tree Department. We are looking for a strong, hands-on leader who understands commercial tree operations, crew management, equipment, safety, scheduling, quality control, and job profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily tree crews and production schedules Coordinate commercial tree trimming, removals, lifting, pruning, and related tree services Manage and coordinate bucket/lift trucks, chippers, loaders, trailers, and other tree equipment Ensure crews meet daily and weekly production goals and job specifications Maintain OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards Conduct job-site inspections and quality-control checks Track labor hours, equipment usage, productivity, and job profitability Coordinate equipment and manpower between scheduled projects Train, develop, and hold employees accountable for performance and safety Ensure proper care, maintenance, and accountability of company vehicles and equipment Work closely with management on scheduling, production planning, and upcoming projects Identify production issues and implement solutions to keep jobs on schedule and within budget Maintain professional communication with management, customers, and field personnel

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous commercial tree-care, arboriculture, or tree production management experience Strong knowledge of tree trimming, pruning, lifting, and removal operations Experience managing multiple crews and projects simultaneously Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Ability to manage production goals, labor hours, and deadlines Knowledge of tree equipment and safe operating procedures ISA Certified Arborist is preferred but not required Valid driver's license required CDL is a plus We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the Tree Department, develop an efficient and accountable team, and consistently deliver safe, profitable, high-quality production. $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
