Full-Time Spider Lift Operator / Tree Climber/Cutter Join one of the area's highest ranked premier tree care teams! We are a 300+ five star family-owned and operated , licensed, and fully insured tree service company (including workers' compensation) looking for an experienced Spider Lift Operator / Tree Climber/Cutter to join our growing team. Are you tired of working for cash under the table, being a "1099 employee", working with worn-out equipment, being asked to work unsafe, climbing every day and want to work for a company that invests in its employees and takes pride in doing things the right way, we'd like to meet you!Compensation:
Starting pay is $25.00- 35.

What We're Looking For! Non-Negotiable Requirements 18 years of age or older Drug free Minimum of 2 years of professional tree cutting and rigging experience Experience operating a spider lift or man lift Valid driver's license with no major driving infractions Reliable transportation to and from our shop in Plant City Ability and skill set to drive and be responsible for the safe travel of a truck and trailer Safety-minded with a commitment to doing the job right Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic Positive attitude Team player Willing to work approximately 5-10 weekends per year when needed Willing and able to travel out of state for hurricane relief work for up to 2-4 weeks You must desire to be a professional amongst an industry of non-professional "tree Companies" Why Work With Us?
