Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Tree Climber/Aerial Operator. To be a part of this energetic role, you will utilize your climbing skills and aerial equipment expertise to perform tree care, trimming, and landscape maintenance tasks safely and efficiently. Duties Safely ascend trees using climbing gear, rigging techniques, and harnesses to perform pruning, trimming, or removal tasks. Operate aerial lift equipment such as bucket trucks to access high branches or perform landscape maintenance from elevated positions. Conduct rigging operations to securely remove limbs or trees, ensuring safety for team members and property. Maintain all safety protocols during climbing and aerial operations while ensuring equipment is in excellent working condition. Requirements Proven experience in tree climbing, tree trimming, and related activities. Minimum 5 years experience. Clean drivers license. Ability to obtain CDL within two months Ability to operate bucket trucks and bucket lifts safely and efficiently. Knowledge of rigging techniques for safe removal or pruning of trees. Familiarity with GIS software for mapping or project planning is a plus. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to aerial work and tree care operations. Excellent physical fitness with the ability to climb, lift heavy equipment, and work at heights comfortably. Pay:

$27.00 - $31.00 per hour
