This position involves a variety of different tasks relating to tree growth and maintenance. Minimum Requirements Must be able to maintain attention during dangerous tasks Must be able to receive instruction and correction Must be able to perform tasks that are labor intensive Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to work Must understand and adhere to company policies and safety protocols Must be able to pass a drug screen Responsibilities Assisting crews with all aspects of tree trimming and removal Assisting crews with the delivery and installation of trees Assisting with digging, trimming, and maintenance of trees Assisting with grounds maintenance at the farms Beneficial Skills Ability to safely operate chainsaws, mowers, trimmers, etc Proficiency while safely operating skid loaders Ability to communicate professionally with customers Knowledge and ability to assist with rigging on tree removal jobs. Ability to safely operate a stump grinder Knowledge and ability to operate and maintain chippers Ability to correctly connect, back up, and pull a trailer Knowledge and ability to trim trees using various methods.
