Tree Service Foreman / Supervisor Powells Tree Service Inc. is looking for a hardworking, self-motivated, and experienced Tree Service Foreman/Supervisor to join our growing team! We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can confidently lead a crew, and has a strong understanding of tree care and landscaping operations. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily tree service operations and crew members Safely operate and oversee the use of tree service equipment Perform tree removals, pruning, trimming, and related services Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Communicate professionally with customers and team members Maintain a clean and organized worksite Assist with planning and completing projects from start to finish Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices Qualifications 2+ years of tree service experience required Previous foreman or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of tree care, pruning, and removals Ability to lead a crew and work independently Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Reliable, punctual, and responsible Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license required Ability to safely operate tree service equipment Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in doing the job right . Pay:
