TREE SUPERVISOR TOWN OF HOLLISTON

The Town of Holliston Highway Department is currently accepting applications for the position of Tree Supervisor. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. The Grade is an L4, and the salary hiring range effective 7/1/26 is $28.31 - $30.70 per hour. The full range is $28.31- $35.50. In addition to the town tree work, the successful candidate will assist in the construction and/or maintenance and repair of the town's roadway infrastructure, athletic fields, recreation areas, and green spaces. Duties also include the operation of maintenance equipment, including snow plows, sanders, and removal equipment. High School graduate or equivalent with a minimum of two years related tree experience involving care, maintenance, and removal, which includes the operation of an aerial lift truck. Candidates must have a Class B Massachusetts Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a Class C hoisting license with restrictions no less than 2A, 4E, and 4G.
