Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Full-Time Experienced Tree Climber to join our dynamic arboriculture team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing complex tree care and removal projects with precision and safety. Your expertise in climbing, rigging, and operating specialized equipment will ensure the health, safety, and aesthetic appeal of trees across diverse outdoor environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, apply your horticultural knowledge, and contribute to community beautification and safety. Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality tree pruning and canopy work.
• Utilize traditional (DRT/SRT) climbing systems and aerial lifts to safely navigate the tree canopy.
• Execute complex, high-angle rigging scenarios with a deep understanding of forces and friction.
• Operate ground equipment safely, including chainsaws, chippers, and loaders.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections on vehicles and gear, and lead job-site safety briefings (tailgate meetings). Requirements

• Experience:

  Minimum of 2 years of professional, production tree climbing experience.

• Technical Skills:

  Strong mastery of climbing knots, chainsaw operation, and advanced rigging techniques.

• Driver's License:

  Valid driver's license required (Class A or B CDL is a plus).

• Mindset:

  Uncompromising commitment to PPE, crew communication, and safe work habits.

Physical Fitness:
