Job Description
About the Role Timber Ridge Tree Care is hiring an experienced Bucket Truck Operator to lead a full-time production crew. This is a hands-on crew leader position — you will be in the air pruning and removing trees, and running the job site from arrival through final cleanup. We have served West Michigan since 2002 as a TCIA member company, with four ISA Certified Arborists on staff and multiple oak wilt certified team members. Our CarePromise® standard sets us apart, and we want a crew leader who takes that same pride in the work. What You'll Do Operate a bucket truck safely to perform structural pruning, deadwooding, crown reduction, and removals Lead a 2-3 person crew and run the day's job schedule Complete arrival and completion documentation on every job Communicate professionally with homeowners on site Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain saws, ropes, rigging, and PPE Follow
